• Group Sports Performance Sessions

    For athletes between the ages of 7-22 years. This is open to athletes of all sports and levels. Helping to build an athletes physical foundation, build confidence and improve performance.

  • Private Sports Performance Sessions

    For 1-2-1 or small group (max 4 athletes). This is open age and the focus is based similar to the group sessions but with more focus on their chosen sports.

  • Small Elite Performance Groups

    For athletes of an elite level in their chosen sport. This allows us to really sharpen all aspects of their sports performance.

  • Team Sessions

    Working with teams to help build rapport. Team building focus/games.

  • Camps

    For athletes 7-16 years during the holidays. These sessions have similar focus to our group sessions but more focus on games and fun!
