Group Sports Performance Sessions
For athletes between the ages of 6-22 years. This is open to athletes of all sports and levels. Helping to build an athletes physical foundation, build confidence and improve performance.

Private Sports Performance Sessions
For 1-2-1 or small group (max 4 athletes). This is open age and the focus is based similar to the group sessions but with more focus on their chosen sports.

Small Elite Performance Groups
For athletes of an elite level in their chosen sport. This allows us to really sharpen all aspects of their sports performance.

Team Sessions
Working with teams to help build rapport. Team building focus/games.

Camps
For athletes 7-16 years during the holidays. These sessions have similar focus to our group sessions but more focus on games and fun!

Who can join KH Speed School programs?
Our training is designed for both youth and adult athletes across all sports. Whether you’re just starting out or already competing at a high level, our programs are customized to your goals and ability.
How long does each session last?
Most sessions run between 45–60 minutes, depending on the program focus speed, strength, or conditioning. Every workout is structured to maximize performance in the shortest time possible.
Do I need to have previous training experience?
Not at all. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a beginner or an elite athlete, we’ll tailor your training intensity and techniques to fit your level.
Where do the training sessions take place?
All sessions take place at our training facility in a professional, coach-led environment with the same equipment and structure used by top-level athletes.
